How common is cellulite?

In a word, very! Although primarily amongst women with 90% of women being affected by cellulite compared to only 10% of men. This is due to the way the skin's collagen is arranged which differs between the sexes. Women’s collagen is arranged in parallel rows like columns which lends itself to the arrangement of fat, which makes cellulite visible. In men, the collagen is arranged in an x pattern which only creates small compartments for fat which means the skin doesn’t dimple.
